Introduction

The UMMC offers Clinical Fellowship Programme for both local and overseas candidates. Such fellowships help the individual to:

• Gain exposure to medical training in Malaysia
• Upgrade one's medical skill
• Network with clinicians/scientists in Malaysia and the region

These programmes provide a comprehensive range of medical and surgical specialty training. The main objective of these attachment programmes is for candidates to gain exposure in the Malaysia healthcare industry and/ or learn specific clinical skills.

Objective

• Provide exposure to Medical Officer / Specialist in the health industry and learn the specialized clinical skills offered by UMMC;
• Providing Medical Officer / Specialist the opportunity to enhancing knowledge, skills and competence in diverse medical field;
• Achieve vision and mission as a medical center that provides training and world-class medical research in line with UMMC motto that is the Leader of Medical Teaching; and
• Provide opportunities in the transfer and sharing of expertise in a particular field of expertise.
